Team members of Bates Electric share a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity – safety being first and foremost. We keep top-of-mind the safety interest of our team members, their families, our clients, and the general public.

Each of our team members attend a New Hire Orientation program prior to their first day on the job. Our Orientation program includes an overview of our company as well as information on safety awareness, driving policies and practices, conduct guidelines, harassment, substance abuse, issuance of personal protective equipment (PPE), and more.

Bates Electric also provides on-going, year-round safety training. We insist on a preventative approach to safety with our ‘Tool-Box Talks’ (to reinforce and demonstrate proper safety in a work environment), safety meetings, and ‘Tool Time’ presentations by our vendor representatives on proper tool set-up, operation, maintenance, and storage.
